On this page, you can request the deletion of your Poket account data. This action will not include data which was collected as part of completing surveys in-app. Follow the instructions provided to ensure your request is processed accurately.


On this page, you can request the deletion of your Poket account data. This action will not include data which was collected as part of completing surveys in-app. Follow the instructions provided to ensure your request is processed accurately.


In-App Account Deletion

  1. Log In: Open the Poket app and log in with your credentials.

  2. Navigate to Account: From the bottom navigation menu, select "Account".

  3. Select Delete Account: Choose the "Delete Account" option and follow the on-screen confirmation steps.

  4. Your account data will be deleted immediately


Account Deletion Request

  1. Email contact@poketapp.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

  2. In the email, include your username, and phone number and engagement code the account was created with.

  3. Your request will be processed in 3-5 business days.
