How much does it cost?

Since the scope of our clients are often very different, we price out the deployments of the platform based on a few different factors. Some of these include the # of participants, duration of the engagement, volume of data being generated, and upfront customizations you require for your engagement. How does the incentive system work?

We have designed an abstract system of coins/rewards within the platform, and you can decide what you want them to represent in the real-world. For example, depending on the context of your project, you can have the coins be redeemable for cash, mobile money transfers, gift cards, or community-based rewards - it’s entirely up to you!

Where is the data stored and who owns it?

All data is stored in an AWS cloud database, managed by Poket. However, the data it is owned by you, the client. You can download it and keep it offline with a click of a button and request it be removed from our cloud whenever you’d like. Please also refer to our Privacy Policy & Terms of Service for more information on how data is processed, stored and used.

I have a specific data/privacy requirement that I need to comply with - can you help me?

Definitely. We can customize the platform for your project to include anything from designing custom consent boxes to spinning up a local cloud database in a particular country if you require the data to live in a specific geographical jurisdiction.

Can the platform be made available in languages other than English?

Of course! Please send us a message with the language you require. If we don’t have it available already, we should be able to implement it within a few days.
